By purchasing or using our services, you confirm that:

You have the authority to represent your business
You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
DTFPrintsWeb provides professional digital services including:
Custom website design (Shopify and WordPress)
Gang sheet builder installation and configuration
SEO optimization and keyword research
Google Ads and Facebook Ads setup
Conversion tracking integration
Website redesign and maintenance
Each project is customized based on the client’s requirements. A project scope and estimated timeline will be shared before work begins.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We accept payments through the following methods:
Remitly
Wise (TransferWise)
Western Union
bKash (for local transfers)
50% advance payment is required to begin a project
Remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery
Full payment must be completed before website access, files, or credentials are transferred
Payments are non-refundable once the design or development process has started, except in cases of non-performance by DTFPrintsWeb.
Estimated timelines:
Shopify DTF website: 5–7 business days
Gang sheet builder website: 7–14 business days
Full SEO and ads setup: 10–20 business days
Timelines may vary depending on project complexity, feedback cycles, and client responsiveness. Delays in providing content or approvals may extend delivery time.
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete project information
Supply required content, logos, and product data on time
Review work and provide feedback promptly
Make payments according to the agreed schedule
DTFPrintsWeb is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or late responses from the client.
After final payment is received:
Full ownership of the website design is transferred to the client
DTFPrintsWeb retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials.
Third-party themes, plugins, or apps are governed by their own licenses and terms.
Each project includes a limited number of revisions as specified in the selected package.
Additional revisions or major scope changes may require additional fees.
Due to the nature of digital services:
No refunds are available once design or development work begins
Refunds may be considered only if:
DTFPrintsWeb fails to deliver the agreed service without client delay
A duplicate or incorrect payment is made
Partial refunds are at the sole discretion of DTFPrintsWeb.
All project-related information, including login credentials, designs, and business data, will remain confidential.
We do not sell, rent, or share client information with unauthorized third parties.
While we follow industry best practices:
Search engine rankings depend on multiple external factors
Advertising results vary based on budget, competition, and audience targeting
DTFPrintsWeb does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or sales results.
Free support is provided for up to 14 days after project delivery for minor fixes
Ongoing maintenance or updates require a support plan or hourly billing
Monthly maintenance packages are available upon request.

Delays caused by client inactivity
Platform policy or algorithm changes
Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the project.
We may terminate services if:
Payment obligations are not met
These Terms are violated
The project involves illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Any disputes will first be addressed through mutual discussion and, if necessary, resolved under Bangladeshi jurisdiction.
