DTFPrintsWeb provides non-physical, digital services, including but not limited to:

SEO setup and optimization

Conversion tracking and analytics
Website redesign and speed optimization
No physical products are shipped. All services are delivered electronically.
Services are delivered through one or more of the following methods:
Live website deployed on your hosting or server
Temporary preview or staging link for review
Admin access to Shopify or WordPress dashboards
Email delivery of reports, credentials, or documentation
WhatsApp or secure cloud-based file sharing (if applicable)
You will be notified of delivery via email, WhatsApp, or agreed communication channels.
Delivery timelines depend on the service type and project scope.
Basic Shopify or WordPress website: 5–7 business days
DTF website with gang sheet builder: 7–14 business days
Website with SEO and ads setup: 10–20 business days
Website redesign and optimization: 5–10 business days
These timelines are estimates and may change based on:
Client feedback and response time
Availability of content or artwork
Scope changes during development
To ensure timely delivery, clients are responsible for:
Providing clear and accurate project requirements
Supplying logos, branding assets, content, and product details on time
Reviewing work and providing feedback promptly
Completing payments as agreed
Delays caused by missing information or late responses may extend delivery timelines. DTFPrintsWeb is not responsible for such delays.
Each project includes a limited number of revisions as defined in the selected package.
Initial version is delivered for review
Client submits revision requests
Approved revisions are applied
Final delivery is completed after approval
Once the final version is approved and delivered, the project is considered completed.
A service is considered delivered when:
The website is live or transferred to the client’s hosting
Admin or required access is provided
Agreed features (gang sheet builder, SEO, tracking, etc.) are installed
Final delivery confirmation is sent via email or WhatsApp
Any changes requested after confirmation may be treated as additional work and may require extra charges.
DTFPrintsWeb serves clients worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, and France.
All services are delivered digitally, so location does not affect delivery. Time zone differences may affect response times, but we aim to communicate during U.S. business hours whenever possible.
In rare situations, delivery may be delayed due to:
Hosting provider or server issues
Third-party plugin, app, or software limitations
Platform updates (Shopify, WordPress, Google, Meta)
Force majeure events such as internet outages or system failures
If delays occur, clients will be notified promptly with an updated timeline.
After final delivery:
Clients are responsible for securing login credentials
DTFPrintsWeb is not liable for issues caused by unauthorized access
Clients are advised to change passwords after handover
All client data and credentials are handled confidentially.
DTFPrintsWeb provides free support for up to 14 days after final delivery for:
Bug fixes
Minor technical adjustments
Guidance on using the website or gang sheet builder
Ongoing support, updates, or changes beyond this period require a maintenance or support plan.
DTFPrintsWeb is not responsible for non-delivery if:
Final payment is not completed
The client becomes unresponsive for an extended period
The client violates the Terms of Service
The project is paused or canceled by the client
In such cases, the project may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
