No physical products are shipped. All services are delivered electronically.

2. How We Deliver Our Services

Services are delivered through one or more of the following methods:

  • Live website deployed on your hosting or server

  • Temporary preview or staging link for review

  • Admin access to Shopify or WordPress dashboards

  • Email delivery of reports, credentials, or documentation

  • WhatsApp or secure cloud-based file sharing (if applicable)

3. Estimated Delivery Time

4. Client Responsibilities Affecting Delivery

To ensure timely delivery, clients are responsible for:

  • Completing payments as agreed

Delays caused by missing information or late responses may extend delivery timelines. DTFPrintsWeb is not responsible for such delays.

5. Revisions and Final Delivery

Each project includes a limited number of revisions as defined in the selected package.

Delivery Process:

  1. Initial version is delivered for review

  2. Client submits revision requests

  3. Approved revisions are applied

  4. Final delivery is completed after approval

Once the final version is approved and delivered, the project is considered completed.

6. Delivery Confirmation

A service is considered delivered when:

  • The website is live or transferred to the client’s hosting

  • Admin or required access is provided

10. Post-Delivery Support

DTFPrintsWeb provides free support for up to 14 days after final delivery for:

  • Bug fixes

  • Minor technical adjustments

Ongoing support, updates, or changes beyond this period require a maintenance or support plan.

11. Non-Delivery Situations

DTFPrintsWeb is not responsible for non-delivery if:

  • Final payment is not completed

  • The client becomes unresponsive for an extended period

  • The project is paused or canceled by the client

In such cases, the project may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
