DTFPrintsWeb provides professional digital services, not physical products. As a result, refund and return rules differ from standard eCommerce purchases.
Once a project begins, time, effort, and digital resources are committed to your order. Therefore, refunds are limited after work has started. We maintain clear communication throughout the project to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
All services provided by DTFPrintsWeb are digital and customized, including:
Shopify or WordPress website design
DTF gang sheet builder setup
SEO optimization
Google Ads and Facebook Ads setup
Conversion tracking and analytics
Because these services are custom-built, they cannot be returned like physical items once work has begun.
All payments are made in USD or equivalent international currency through trusted payment methods, including:
Remitly
Wise (TransferWise)
Western Union
bKash
Payment structure:
50% advance payment is required to start a project
Remaining 50% is due upon completion and before final delivery or ownership transfer
If a project is canceled after work has started, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
The following services are non-refundable once initiated:
Website design or development after work begins
Gang sheet builder setup once installed or configured
SEO or digital marketing setup
Paid plugins, apps, or third-party tools
Domain or hosting purchases (if applicable)
Google Ads or Facebook Ads account setup fees
If DTFPrintsWeb fails to deliver according to the agreed project scope, the case may be reviewed for a partial or full refund (see Section 6).
Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:
The project has not started and no work has been performed
A duplicate payment was made by mistake
The project was canceled by DTFPrintsWeb before work began
Full payment was made but no deliverables were provided
Refunds will not be issued once a project is active or completed, except as stated above.
If a project is canceled after work has started, a partial refund may be considered based on:
Work completed at the time of cancellation
Hours invested
Costs already incurred (such as premium tools or licenses)
Any refund amount will be calculated fairly after deducting completed work and transaction fees.
If the client cancels a project after it has started:
The initial deposit is non-refundable
The client will receive completed work up to the cancellation date
DTFPrintsWeb retains rights to unfinished designs, custom code, or configurations
Clients are encouraged to review project details carefully before confirming an order.
DTFPrintsWeb may cancel a project in rare cases, including:
Submission of false or misleading information
Requests involving illegal, unethical, or copyrighted content
Failure to make required payments or maintain communication
In such cases, a partial refund may be issued depending on work completed, or no refund may be provided if substantial work has already been performed.
Each project includes a limited number of revisions as defined in the selected package.
Additional revisions or major changes beyond the original scope may require extra charges.
Refunds will not be issued due to design preference changes after approval or completion.
Upon project completion, a preview link or final files will be provided for review.
Once approved and delivered:
The project is considered complete
Refunds or reversals will no longer be accepted
We provide free minor technical support for up to 14 days after delivery.
Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before filing any dispute or chargeback.
If a dispute is initiated without prior communication, DTFPrintsWeb may:
Suspend ongoing projects
Revoke access to files or services
Report misuse to the payment provider
We always aim to resolve issues fairly and professionally.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Refund confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
While we apply proven strategies:
SEO results depend on external factors such as competition and algorithm updates
Advertising performance varies based on budget, targeting, and market conditions
Refunds are not granted based on performance expectations once services are delivered as agreed.

All clients agree to this Refund & Return Policy regardless of location.
Currency conversion fees or international transfer charges are the client’s responsibility.
